Breakfast: usually a scrambled egg with cheese and half a banana or avocado, or whatever I'm making for breakfast for me and DH. Sometimes it's pancakes, or oatmeal, or a slice of quiche (he LOVED the asparagus quiche I made over the weekend).
Lunch: he doesn't have a proper lunch every day. When he does it's usually leftovers from dinner the night before. Yesterday it was a piece of asparagus lasagna. Today it was a piece of tilapia and steamed broccoli.
Dinner: Either leftovers from dinner or something I can throw together quickly. Last night it was roasted, mashed butternut squash (I roast it, cool it, portion and freeze it) mixed into pre-cooked quinoa with peas. Tonight it will probably be penne and tomato sauce. Tomorrow it will be leftover sweet potato enchiladas.
For snacks he usually gets cubes of cheese, Greek yogurt with a bit of applesauce mixed in or fruit.
Other things he likes:
Oatmeal + mashed banana
Baked sweet potato fries
Pickles
Ravioli
Mini ground turkey patties
Turkey meatballs
Applesauce muffins

We are still doing mostly purees (like, 95% purees).
Breakfast: YoBaby yogurt
Lunch: The rest of her yogurt or half of a food pouch
Dinner: pureed veggies w/ meat, a handful of puffs, and the other half of her food pouch.
We did BLW at the start, but she wasn't eating much and was getting frustrated.

@Penny Lane: my kids aren't huge eaters yet at 9.5 months, but they like banana - eaten off of mine rather than sliced up for them :), avocado sometimes, and go gaga over sunflower butter - I mix it in with oatmeal or just let them eat a few bites off a spoon or my finger. they also like chunky veggie/chicken soup pretty well.

LO is 10.5 months but we only just started finger foods a few weeks ago. Some of the things we do are:
* Toast fingers with hummus and sliced cucumber on top, a side of mozzarella cheese slices, and quartered green grapes for dessert
* Toast fingers with avocado, mozzarella cheese, and chicken on top, with sliced pear or watermelon fingers for dessert
* spaghetti bolognese (loaded with veg finely diced - green and red capsicum, carrots, onions, zucchini, and tomatoes)
* wholemeal pita bread with guacamole and quartered cherry tomatoes
* butternut squash mashed and mixed with shredded chicken and smashed prunes (she LOVES THIS DISH!)
Those are just some of the things we've tried and LO has loved since we started finger foods. She also has wheat cereal with a big dollop of prunes or apricots every morning, followed by fruit slices afterwards. Hope this helped a bit!

Some things she eats:
Yogurt
Cereal with a bit of milk to soften it
Homemade whole wheat pancakes with blueberries/bananas
Eggs
Toast
Hummus on bread
Salmon/chicken
Stir fry with brown rice, tofu
Veggies (cooked)
Fruit
Fruit smoothies
Earth's Best cereal bars
Applesauce
Cottage cheese
Cheese pieces
Ravioli (not from a can)
Pickles
Puffs for a snack
So to sum it up, pretty much anything she can "chew" easily. She still doesn't have teeth but she does really well. She is 8.5 months BTW, so not quite 9, but same idea
