Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get my 4 month old to take longer naps? I feel like I've tried everything.

I can count on one hand how many naps over 36 minutes my LO has taken in the last 4 months. Seriously. You could set a watch to them. Sometimes they are shorter, but NEVER longer. Doesn't matter if it's in a swing, my arms, car seat, crib...never. We have a sound machine going. He was swaddled (we are weaning now). We time it perfectly. Doesn't matter. He's still tired because a lot of the time you can rock him back to sleep and he'll sleep another 36 minutes. He doesn't wake up slowly, either. He'll be completely knocked the hell out at 35 minutes, and then his eyes fly open and he starts kicking around.

Needless to say, the last 4 months have been brutal. I spend my entire day putting him to sleep it feels like. I know this is normal for some babies his age, but I guess I was looking to see if anyone had any suggestions I was missing? His night sleep used to be good, but now we're going through the 4 month regression and that sucks too. I just want to take a nap, damnit!
