I had a PPB and a Timi and Leslie, too!
My PPB was this in light blue and brown, but I always wore my purse with it because I didn't have enough room for everything. Where as my Timi and Leslie looks cute and fits it all.
I have the Louise in cloud blue. -
I have the Storksak Elizabeth. It was a very generous Mother's Day gift. Love that I'm carrying something that doesn't scream "I'm a diaper baaaaaaag."

@shopaholic: I would change probably once every month or so? Also, as my needs changed, my favorite bag would change too. I'm lazy about changing purses too but since I was a SAHM the diaper bags got used a LOT. And as they get older (need less diapers, need less extra outfits, don't need a swaddling blanket anymore, etc etc) you want to carry a smaller bag because bags that are big enough to carry everything for a newborn are just gigantic. I'm a serious overpacker. Even with the PPB Boxy Backpack I have to leave out a lot of my own stuff to fit everything (my coupon file, one of my two cosmetic bags, an extra water for me).
I'm going to be selling a lot of mine (mainly the PPBs) so I'm on the search for a new one...!! Eek. Seriously I'm a diaper bag a holic. I was thinking about this one but it's not gonna be big enough (Wagon Sr. just compared the measurements with my Mia Bossi and it's even smaller... my ONLY complaint about my Mia Bossi is that it's just too small):

I have major bag envy over here! I got the JJ Cole Mode in the leaf pattern because it fit our budget (top).
But my dream bag is the Danzo San Ysidro hobo in pumpkin (drool) (bottom).

I did a ton of research on diaper bags, and since I'm kind of a Prada bag snob, I wanted this one soo badly:

@mrs. wagon: Yes, that's what I've learned. Seems needs change and size decreases over time (until #2 comes along!) And yeah, that KS is cute, but looks smallish? I think it's the same size as some of my normal purses! lol!
@Emilie: Definitely very Prada-looking! I remember when everyone would use Prada backpacks as diaper bags! Still seems like a good option!

@sandy: I tried to google all the styles (in the 10 mins I had... I put the only black one they had left in my cart and it gave me 10 mins to put the order in! ack! dang flash sales...) and it looks like the san ysidro is the same on the inside, but the exterior fabric is a little more textured and obviously the straps are different. Another Kate Spade diaper bag user here! I actually just got the "Serena" bag in black and I absolutely love it. I started off with the Skip Hop Duo from Pottery Barn Kids but just didn't love it- it was not roomy enough and too tall and narrow. Kind of in love with my new bag. I got it at the Kate Spade outlet and it was not all that bad.- still a plunge but I love that I can use it as a regular purse too.

I have two. I have a Coach one that was gifted to me which I use when I need to carry lots of stuff. Usually for longer outings.
I just bought the Ju Ju Be BFF. I love this bag! It can be worn as a backpack or messenger. I use it backpack style. It's not too large or too small. I love this bag for going out and running errands. I can wear my baby and throw this on my back and still have both hands! The handle on top is handy. I also like the way it opens it so you can easily see what's inside.

I have the Vera Bradley diaper bag. I am super jealous of those of you with the Kate Spade diaper bags though. I never saw them in any patterns or colors other than black, but if I had I probably would have been unable to resist!

@travelingbrit: There are Kate Spade Outlets! I saw several different styles of diaper bags when I was there after Xmas. But the price was still about $250 (out of my range at the time) and I wasn't sure if they had a "Factory" line like Coach and JCrew. Pissed me off major one time when I got a Coach bag I thought was from the original store, only later found out it was "made for the outlet."

@shopaholic: not sure about the stroller clips. There is a detachable strap on the inside of the bag though. I usually just throw it in the basket of our UBV :).

We have a physical kate spade outlet here but the selection was poor when I was there last. They only had black bags I will keep my eyes open on their website and join the mailing list but I'm sure I will get killed if I bring home another bag.

All you Kate Spade diaper bag mommas are making me REGRET not buying one of them after Xmas! Does anyone know if these were original store prints or made just for the outlet? I'm so tempted now to get one if/when I ever go back now!

I'm not really a purse-carrying gal, so we got this backpack from REI with a gift card. It just seems so much easier to carry than a shoulder bag, to me. And I really like that, after we're done needing diaper bags, we can still use this for other things. And it's gender neutral!

Mine is the Marc by Marc Jacobs Pretty Eliza and my husband's is the Scout by PPB Journey.
I'm always either one extreme or the other for some reason!
