Hi! This is just the push I needed to stop lurking and finally register
I have an 8 month old daughter named Brynn, and I am still on maternity leave (another Canadian here!) We are planning on TTC for baby number 2 in August. It took us a year and a half of TTC the first time around, so hoping that it won't take quite as long for the second one! I'm so excited to finally quit lurking and actually participate.

I've wanted to say hi for ages, but wasn't comfy jumping right in!I joined while HB was in beta too, after seeing all the posts about it on weddingbee. I've been lurking on and off ever since. I got married in July, and conceived on our honeymoon, so in the last few months, I've been on here almost daily! It will be nice to actually participate now

Thanks for this post! I've been trying to comment more, but sometimes feel like the new kid at school trying to jump into a conversation with people who've known each other forever. This was just what I needed!
This is our second month of ttc, and sometimes we still have that "are we sure we're ready" chat (hopefully that's not a bad thing). I look forward to joining in and getting to be a member of the community!

Thanks for creating this thread. I read hellobee throughout my entire pregnancy, but only joined a couple of months ago...when my LO was 4 months old. I have learned so much from you ladies and I look forward to really trying to post more in the future

I'm a new mom via adoption. My sweet little guy is almost 8 weeks old and as I type I am awkwardly reaching around him and his boppy. I like that this is such a supportive and informative community!

I'm normally very shy online, but I have to say that I'm becoming a bit of a blabbermouth in the last few days. My time lurking on Hellobee has endeared me to you guys. I'm impressed by the kindness, empathy, helpfulness and humor people bring to the site, and it has made me feel comfortable enough to join the community.

DH and I have been married for almost two years and just started TTC this month! I've already learned so much from everyone here and am excited about such a welcoming community.

hi all! I am mostly a silent bee. I occasionally chime in on the lighter threads, but I am usually concerned about sharing too much personal info. One time I randomly found something on a website that a family member wrote about another family member and now I'm a little paranoid I guess! I've been thinking about getting gold to help with that!
Anyways, I am expecting my first child this month & have found hellobee to be the most helpful community out there for my preg and baby concerns.
The drama of some other sites seems to have stayed away and I love the honest and encouraging posts here.

I'm new but have lurked for awhile. I came across hb in a google search for some ttc topic but was on wb while planning my wedding 3 years ago.
We are going to ttc in the spring and I couldn't be more excited!

Hi! I have a 3month dd and have been reading hb since she was born. Nice to hear about similar experiences. I have no support network here so its been tough figuring it out all on my own. Dh is great, but he also has no experience with babies.

I've learned so much from this site. I'm due in a few months and don't really have a support network IRL. It's nice to get perspectives from real moms instead of reading books!

This thread is a great idea! I've been mostly lurking since I got pregnant, LO is almost 3 months now. I wish I had the time to really jump into the community, but it seems like everyone knows each other and I can't read and post often enough to keep up with such a close-knit community. I love reading whenever I can though, and HB has been pretty much my introduction to all things baby. I was completely clueless before!
