The last few days I've been getting awful sinus headaches. I used to take Tylenol and sudafed and that would do it but I know sudafed is no good with bfing. I'm guessing they are allergy related since they came on suddenly.

Any recommendations? Acupuncture cured my pregnancy headaches so I'd like to try that again. Any non med things to try? Advil is not cutting it.
