What position does your baby sleep in? We've been putting DD down on her back with no issues but I guess she ends up on her side or stomach at daycare. Should I be worried? When I picked her up yesterday she was in her crib on her stomach. She rolls around plenty, if that matters.

I always put her on her back, but she immediately rolls to her belly. It made me really nervous at first, but I am getting more comfortable with it. (She is 7.5 months)

I've been wondering the same thing. DD rolls onto her side sometime and it makes me nervous!

If she can roll independently and you're following safe sleep guidelines then I think you're ok! You can't really stop them moving once they can do it themselves

If they get onto a position themselves, I don't worry. My youngest sleeps like a cartoon on her back with her hands behind her head. My older has flipped onto her stomach since she could roll.

Yeah, once they're old enough to roll themselves around in their crib you don't need to worry about it, is what I always was told.

It's totally normal to be nervous but once they can roll and you are following all safely guidelines for her sleeping quarters, it's fine!
I observed DD for a long time and I was comfortable with however she wanted to sleep b/c I saw that she always moved her head, etc. Also, it helped b/c she wasn't STTN anyway haha!

Mine started sleeping on her stomach as soon as she could roll and still does at 2. After the first few nights of her rolling and getting stuck and screaming until we put her on her back, then rolling back onto her tummy...

My kids are belly sleepers I see no problem with it.

3 month old is still happily sleeping on her back. She doesn't roll yet though.

Our LO started sleeping on her stomach (we put her on her back to start, of course, and so does daycare) around 5 months. If she's strong enough to get there, it's safe, and you'll drive yourself crazy trying to flip her. My LO, now 8 months, flips over IMMEDIATELY after we put her in the crib.

DD (3 months) is put to sleep on her back but often rolls onto her left side.

I always put them on their back and let them sleep in whatever position they rolled to. DS1 preferred his tummy after 5 months. DS2 preferred his side for a long time, maybe not until 9 months did he sleep mostly on his belly.

My son started rolling to his stomach to sleep at 2.5 months! It really freaked me out. I couldn't stop him though. I always put him down on his back and then he rolls by himself.

LO sleeps on his belly since 3 months/learned how to roll. When we put him down (on his back) he immediately rolls over to his belly and stays that way.
