Our nanny has been thawing milk bags in warm water but the milk bags had holes in them and lots of milk was wasted Do you guys have any smart ways in thawing frozen milk quickly without wasting them?

Mrs. Wagon suggested placing the milk bags in a ziploc bag to catch any leaks. I would thaw the bags in cold water.

You could maybe put them in another bag before putting them in water? I use room temp water to defrost my breastmilk, I think its faster than warm water and less damaging to the milk and the bag.
