Are there any non-absorbent bibs with snaps?! I like Bumkin and Skip Hop bibs but the velcro snags on my LO's hair.
(We have AA bibs with snaps but I don't like using them with solids.)

My favourite favourite bibs are Mally Bibs (they have an etsy shop). They are leather bibs with magnetic clasps...soooo easy to clean and extra-durable. They are $$ but the only bib I use. I want to get a second one !

We love these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005M4SKLK?pc_redir=1403086031&robot_redir=1
I leave the pocket part unsnapped (flat) because it doesn't really help us.

@autumnlove: I have the bunny but the ice cream is adorable and constantly in my shopping cart
I really can't say enough great things...They are reversible, non-staining and wipe clean sooooo easy. I was skeptical to dish out $40 for a bib but it has been money well spent since they are such good quality and it's literally the only one I use!

@MrsH: we have a few Bjorn and Tommee Tippee bibs with fasteners and LO always yanks them off!!!

@MrsF: just ordered the hippo! @Charm54: I will probably buy one after I sell a few things on eBay!

@Crystal: I don't find, they are similar in weight to a cotton bib. My dd has used one happily since she started solids at 6mo and we have the "toddler" size (since I didn't want to buy the infant size just to have to get a bigger one in a few months).

My kids used to just pull the Mally Bibs, but the Bibagogo ones (though kind of giant!) are great--snaps, pocked for catching, still fit my 4 year old, and are wipe-off-able (but do NOT get the white ones!)

I like the snap ones from JJ Cole. I get them from BBB.

@Andrea: no BBB near me but I will check Amazon! Thanks!

@autumnlove: we have some from carters! they're huge. they're fabric but unless LO eats an entire apple (which soaks through) they keep her shirt dry.

@sorrycharlie: I think my kids are too messy for fabric! Lol
