Since DD finally slept through the night tonight, I got up early to run in preparation for my 5k run next month. I've been hooked up to the pump for 45 min now and I'm still not done. So that leaves me with barely enough time to go a mile... boo.
But in the up side, I pumped out 13 oz!

WOW!!! 13 oz!?! That's incredible! On a good morning, I only get about 105 ml (I think about 3.5 oz maybe?) so I can't even fathom that amount. Well done momma!
And I think pumping that much counts as exercise, right?!

@Ree723: LOL! Good point about the exercise. Oh, and I'm only pumping that much because we're sleep training LO and we've cut out the night feedings (she's 6 months and doesn't need it). Normally I can only get 3-4 oz.

Wow, don't your boobs hurt after pumping that long? Mine are sore after 20 minutes!

@mediagirl: It used to bother me, but I had to go down a size in the pump flange and that's made all the difference. To be honest, I barely notice it now.

That is amazing! I have never been able to manage more than 2 ounces when pumping, so I am impressed.
