Like @MungBean: said, they have to provide a place for you to pump, although if you work for a small company, they don't have to abide by those laws.

Is there a small conference room you can use? Or an unused office?

Ditto to what PPs said. I don't think it matters if your office is split between 2 bldgs., it's the total # of employees for the company.

Ask your HR person/department about an unused office or a conference room that you can schedule times for.

I don't have an office either.

My office put a chair in a kitchenette area that worked well.

@krsmall: that's not really a solution. You will feed baby before and after work so at that point there is almost no need to pump. It is crucial to have sessions through the day.

@coacheswife123: I am in the same situation, but with no conference room. Our business is literally a huge open space with a bathroom and a boiler room. Everything else is completely visible. My manager suggested that we put up a curtained area or something for me for after Leave, but even that would mean everybody could hear my pump. Most of my coworkers are women, but we do have some teen boys who work there too. UGH! And, no HR person, just my 50 year old male boss. :0) Should be an interesting conversation.

@coacheswife123: Mine isn't too loud, but loud enough that people will definitely know what I am doing.
