We are in a rut. I have been busy with school and end of the year stuff, but now it's summer and I want to give lo different food and a wider variety. We (the parents) tend to stick with what is familiar so I want to avoid that with her.
She's had carrots. Sweet potatoes, peas, green beans, pears,Apples, winter squash mix, prunes, bananas.
We've done purees and are starting some blw, but that scares the beejeebies out of me, so we are taking that slow. I have the wholesome baby food book and check out that blog but I need some ideas and motivation.
Lo is almost 8 months old.
