Did you end up with hemorrhoids? When did you get them?
Did I spell hemorrhoid correctly? Auto-correct did it for me.

I hate having to spell hemorrhoids. Yay auto correct. Lol. I totally got them! They went away though!
When you push, you have to push like you're pooping! I pushed for 2 hours.. -.-

TMI, but I get them regularly. But this is for real TMI, but I got giant ones from pushing during labour. When I say giant, I mean giant.

I had them internally only (nothing stuck out) but I bled from there for a few days and it was REALLY scary. Had to do suppositories AND take miralax and benefiber for weeks. It was awful. Probably the worst thing about recovery. They weren't itchy but they were painful and scary, and treating them was no fun.

Ive had them since college. But they did come back and get worse in pregnancy.

No, thank God. But stool softeners are your friend for the week or so after birth. Get some if your doctor doesn't give you any!

My doc prescribed stool softeners (colace) since I didn't have a bowel movement in the hospital after I delivered, but it didn't do anything for me. Probably because the pain meds constipated me and cancelled out anything the colace was doing. I stopped taking the percocet and bam! BM.

I had a mild case after my first DD and absolutely none after my 2nd! Probably because I just pushed her out in about 2 minutes/2 pushes though!

They definitely started showing up at about 20 weeks... I can't imagine what it's going to be like after pushing.

@c.sassy: I got my early on too.. and I believe they did come back during labor. The good thing is that after (if you're delivering at the hospital), they'll give you these ice packs that help with the swelling. Definitely start taking Colace/stool softener if you haven't already

I had them end of my second trimester/ beginning half of my third trimester. It was awful.

I never had to push, so I'm thinking that's why I didn't get them? Do c-section mamas get them, too?
