Does this happen to anyone else? I am going crazy.

L was so tired tonight he didn't even fuss when I swaddled him, I was sure he'd sleep for a long while. Then, less than an hour later he spits up and wakes himself up. This usually happens a few times throughout the night and I have no idea now to stop it. I feel like it's stopping him from sleeping longer stretches.

I have a feeling he may have a dairy intolerance, so I've cut out dairy and I'm hoping this helps....

I need some sleep help. I can't keep seeing every hour of the night...
