I have never had spotting mid-cycle EVER, but this cycle I had some spotting (pink) on cycle day 14 and brownish on cycle day 15. I'm probably 4 DPO now. Mild cramping. Any thoughts on these symptoms? I took 2 tests already but obviously they were both negative lol. I know I can probably test next weekend at the earliest. But wanted to see what you thought about the mid-cycle spotting and mild cramping....

As soon as I started trying to conceive, I started spotting. It continued for the whole year that I TTC. It stressed me out so much but I was able to get pregnant naturally after 13 cycles! I think the spotting was due to low progesterone due to incredible stress around my TTC process.

Could be anything, ovualtion implantation of your days are off
Try to rrlx easier said than done!
I spotted around CD 25 with this pregnancy and never had before!

@dcw6411: thanks for responding! We were def not TTC but as soon as I saw the spotting, my first thoughts were "implantation bleeding". No clue what made me think of that since it didn't happen last time, but hey. I'll know for sure in about 12 days. The waiting is torture!

I had some light spotting midcycle- probably cd14-18 and I think that was when I ovulated as well so I'm thinking it was ovulation bleeding. A lot of the (super light) spotting was mixed in EWCM. Could it be ovulation spotting?

@MenagerieMama: Oh, maybe! I am clearly over-analyzing every twinge at this point... I feel like it was probably oo much for ovulation bleeding, but who knows. For what it's worth, I'm on the minipill so I shouldn't even be ovulating

@ktdid23: I had light spotting for at least 4 days, and I'm still pretty convinced it was ovulation spotting due to how it looked and the other signs. But I'm only on cd22 or so, so I may end up being wrong! The mini pill is also pretty notorious for break through bleeding and spotting, so it could just be the pill you're on. Are you taking it at the same time each day?

@MenagerieMama: I am taking it about the same time every day.... but in reading various message boards I'm seeing that it's not as effective if you're not EBFing?! I stopped nursing my son about 3 months ago....
