My mat leave will be over at the beginning of April and LO will be starting daycare in mid-March at about 11 months. We've developed some good routines over the past 9 months and I'm worried that he will not transition well. I'm also wondering if there is anything I can do in the next couple of months to help make the transition smoother.

Did your LO nap well? We have a solid nap routine at home and he sleeps with white noise. At daycare, he will be sleeping in a room with other babies and I did not see any white noise machine in the room. I'm worried that he will not want to nap due to the other babies and different environment.

Did your LO eat well? LO takes bottles now but he does not eat as well for anyone else, including his dad. Is there anything I can do to help him transition or will he just adapt over time?

I'm feeling a little nervous over this whole thing. Please share your experiences and any tips you may have to help make the transition to daycare for an older infant smoother. Thanks!
