Charlotte has a stomach virus. She has had mild diarrhea since Saturday & I took her to the ped yesterday. There's no blood in her stool (they tested a diaper) and she has no signs of dehydration.

I've noticed that she usually goes right after I nurse her, though. She seems uncomfortable (which makes sense - I've had the stomach flu before!)

He didn't mention, and i forgot to ask, but should I be modifying my diet in any way?

She's otherwise completely happy - chattering, cooing, sleeping fine, playing, etc. Random fussy periods that are a bit unlike her, but I'm not concerned other than the disgusting poop.
