I am admittedly a cheesy Pinterest mom when it comes to school snacks. This year our preschool is (understandably) only allowing prepackaged/store bought treats. DS2 is in charge of treats on the same day as their picture day...anyone have any ideas on a store bought but festive treat? I thought about decorating the outside of prepackaged brownies into a camera or something? Something punny including "Cheeeeese" or "smile"? I don't know you guys are always so creative!

No real suggestions, but based on your "cheeeese" comment, it feels like you could easily do something with cheese? Unless its supposed to be more of a dessert treat.

Little bags of cheezits for “cheese”? Not sure if you can do anything refrigerated but the little rectangles of cheese individually wrapped or string cheese can sometimes be easy to decorate.

@bees_knees: as a parent with 3 very messy eaters ha, if snack is possibly before they take the pictures it would be great if it’s not something super messy. So string cheese or cheese and crackers would be great options! I feel like anything chocolate or with frosting and my kids would be a mess for their photo!

Oooo thanks guys. I think I’ll get some of those Walmart brand fruit snacks (fruit smiles) and a strong cheese so they can “say cheese and smile nice”
@HappyBaker: Oh they DEF wouldn’t be eaten until after pictures. They’re all 4...can you imagine 🤣🤣🤣

@bees_knees: Do you have anyone in your area that makes cookies? You can get cookies that are shaped like cameras and wrapped in cellophane. My school is sort of a little bit lax, and I think I could get away with sending that.
