I want to give them a piece of my mind but I don't want to burn bridges since they still need to analyze DH's SA and blood work. So I'll be nice. 
How did you tell them you were moving onto another RE office/clinic?
ETA: The medical assistant knows I was unhappy with their one of their policies and knew I was seeing another RE. But I haven't called to cancel the upcoming appt. I need to do that today.

@bluestriped bee: I wouldn't.
I'd go to my new RE, and what he or she will do is have you sign a Release of Records which means, they fax it to your current guy and he has to send them ALL of your results and records, including the SA results because once they take your DH's sample, they charge insurance so they can't just say "yeah we ran his sample but you can't have the results."

@bluestriped bee: oh then that's great! just call and cancel then. it's def important to like your re!.. ours was wonderful and I can't imagine going to someone we didn't feel that way about. I hope you have a much better time with this new office

@spaniellove: @littleredhairedgrl: @Mrs.Someone: I have electronic access to my records and printed them all off before my consultation yesterday. They said it didn't need to come from them and that my records were fine. I did sign the records release form for anything that was not put online.
Cool! I'll cancel today and hope that they don't ask why.
