I feel like it’s been mentioned a lot in multiple posts lately so thought it would be interesting to have people lay out how they are approaching it.

I started a version of it about 2 weeks ago. I’m not super consistent at this point, some days I’m doing 16/8 but some it’s like 13.5 fasting (and I’m still bf a toddler so I don’t want to be super strict ... my supply seems fine so far). Honestly just doing a clean fast overnight is a win for me.

I’ve been happy with results so far and how it’s making me feel. Mainly that I don’t feel annoyed with how much work it is to track or make meals nor do I feel deprived by a strict plan. But it’s also made a definite difference in my overall hunger I think which is huge. I’m not obsessing about food all the time which is so nice (I’ve also been really busy which helps).
