Yep! I also took Blessed Thistle with it. It totally upped my supply but it makes you smell.

I never tried it! I just drank a ton of water and made sure I ate well.
If I have supply issues I might try it this time around! -
I think it worked but I hated smelling like pancakEs! I had good results with more milk plus and the mothers milk tea.

@Rubies: How long were you taking it before you noticed an increase?
I've been taking it for a week now, and I've noticed maybe a small increase, but it may also be from eating better and drinking more water.

It did but I had to take so much of it that it was ridiculous. I found More Milk Plus (which contains fenugreek) was much more effective for me.

Is MMP a pill? Where can you get it? I have been trying to pump and getting hardly anything. My dr had me get a hospital grade pump and still no diff. He said he could prescribe me something but wanted to wait because a bad side effect is sleepiness, so I'm trying to look at all my options .

Mmp that I took is a tincture. I think there may be a pill form though. I got it at whole foods and amazon... That combined with copious quantities of water really helped me. Oh and oatmeal!

Yup! Took it with blessed thistle and more milk plus.

Motherlove also makes More Milk (no plus) that works well and does not contain fenugreek. Fenugreek shouldn't be taken by those with thyroid issues.

It worked but made me smell like sweaty maple syrup!
