My typical luteal phase is 10-12 days. After many regular cycles with normal SA, CD3 labs, My family doctor said I might have a LP deficiency and I could try that during the luteal phase if I wanted. I did for 3 cycles without success, and temping stresses me out, so we decided to do acupuncture this cycle and no progesterone. I almost always O on CD15. I am now having spotting or early AF on CD21. It makes sense with implantation but seems heavier than I would expect. I have NEVER had a period this short or any kind of spotting like this.

What do you think is going on here? If you had implantation bleeding, what was it like?
