Has anyone read this book? I am thinking about getting it, but wondering if it is worth is? Is it just a basic 'eat healthy' diet?

Is it available at your local library or bookstore to browse first?

I don't know about this book specifically, but after almost 2 years of TTC, I learned that little details like this didn't make any difference. I think "eat healthy" will do you just as well. Though borrowing from the library is a great idea if you're curious.

Agree with @Mrs.Someone: unless you are unhealthy I thinkall these tips and tricks kind of only apply to those who would get pregnant anyway.

Thanks all, I eat healthy, was just curious if the book had any 'secrets,' but you're right it probably won't make a difference anyway. I'll check my library though.

From what I recall it is mostly just eat healthy the way you'd imagine, with the exception of preferring full-fat dairy over low-fat or skim.
ETA: In the months before TTC I really really enjoyed the excuse to make all my lattes and such with whole milk
