I can't tell if the minor breast pain I have is because I still have thrush or if it's normal nipple soreness from breastfeeding/pumping. We have been taking all the thrush remedies-GV, nystatin, etc...for about 12 days now. I still do get the occassional sharp pain in my breast tissue, but more than that my nipples feel a little sore/raw after a session. Is that normal? I thought it would be gone by now. My daughter is 9 weeks old and exclusively breastfed. Are you not supposed to feel any soreness during/after breastfeeding and pumping? It's still a little new to me, so I can't tell what's normal.
It was a total pain. I only sterilized once a day. So if I used a bottle twice, I'd wash it between uses, but only sterilize it at the end of the day. I found these microwave sterilization bags to be a huge time-saver:
