Xander originally slept in a bassinet next to our bed. We moved him to his crib in his room at 3 months and it was a smooth transition. He didn't seem to notice or care!

We had DD in our room in the rock n play until she was 3 1/2 months old. Then she slept in the rock n play in her room for about a month. Then from there we moved her into her crib.

She slept in the RnP in our room at first. Around 8-9 weeks we moved her in the crib. Since we had to hold her till she fell asleep it was a smooth transition.

One week short of her 6 month bday. We had a week of terrible sleep and trouble with her waking her up in the night. Moved her and she loves it. Not a problem.
