We converted Chloe's crib into a toddler bed today. I am SO GLAD we didn't go buy a new mattress for the full bed we've got in storage, because it's been a rough afternoon.

Suggestions on making this smoother? She was super excited for the bed but refusing to nap. She and DH did read a book like usual but after it was over she declared nap time over.

I'd like to make bedtime an easier transition for us. As a last ditch effort we will just reassemble the crib.
