Hey girls! I have been having such a hard time working out lately. I feel so sporadic with it lately and I thought maybe some motivation would help me stay on track. I thought maybe some of you might want to join me too. I feel like working out is a whole new scenerio when you are TTC. Never before did I wonder, Am I doing too much? Should I not be doing X, Y, Z moves? And not too mention the emotional ups and downs of TTC. Any way, I thought that I would set little 2 week goals and see if that helps me stick to it

Anyone with me?

My first goal - starting tomorrow - is to do some form of Ab workout every day for 14 days. It can be anything from 100 crunches to an ab dvd, whatever, as long as it's ab work. One of my goals when I started TTC was to work on my abs and have them ready for labor and delivery by the time I was PG. That has NOT happened So, here's to fulfilling that goal.
