If you used divacups, mooncups, softcups etc after dtd to help keep DH's swimmers up there, how long did you leave it in for? I'm currently using the Divacup, not sure when to take it out LOL

No success stories, but I kept the softcup in for a few hours. I don't think the diva cup would work as well because it's so deep.

I left it in after inseminations for a few hours if we inseminated in the am, or the rest of the night if we did it late in the evening. So far no luck though. I never was sure if I put it in right, and it seemed like it leaked some. I sometimes worried that I put it in wrong and instead of helping, it was acting like a diaphragm. But a lot of people seem to have success with them! I have a retroverted uterus and my cervix is way off to the right so maybe that was part of the reason it didn't fit well.

I also have a retroverted uterus.
It was the first time putting it in and taking it out. It was so difficult.
