DS's two bottom teeth have come through, and several times during the day he frantically grabs at my boobs and/or starts rooting, but when he latches on he bites down, hard!

I've tried cheek flicking, saying "No" sternly (all the good that will do at this point, lol), and pulling away, but it still happens about half the time.

I can assume he's not hungry when he does this, but I EBF on demand, and those are his hunger cues. My MIL stopped nursing a BIL at 4.5 months because he did this, but I don't want to stop nursing him yet. But now every time he goes to latch on I tense up!

Any advice? Or commiseration?
