I do not necessarily have "low milk supply." I am certain my LO gets enough food when I nurse her. She is gaining weight, has lots of wet diapers, and never fusses/asks for more when she is done eating. She nurses every 3 hours.

However, when I pump, no matter WHAT I DO, I can't ever get more than one ounce.

I find myself stressed and frantic and crying before work after having pumped for nearly an hour and not having even 1 oz of milk between two bottles.

I am drinking MMT, taking a Motherlove tincture, drinking lots of water, etc.

Is it possible that I am just not going to be able to offer pumped milk?
