My DD is almost 5 months old and EBF. I gained 20-25 lbs while pregnant and lost it all within a few weeks. My weight remained at pre-pregnancy level until a few weeks ago, when I've started losing weight and pretty rapidly. I'm small to begin with and already dipping into the double digits. Does anyone have any pointers on how to gain (or at least maintain) my weight? I am eating TONS - at least as much as I was when I was pregnant, if not more since I don't have a big belly and heartburn to get in my way!
I could never bring myself to do it. We also ate at least every 2/3 hrs, and I would eat if I woke up in the night. I still lost about 10lbs over that year, but if I hadn't been supplementing my diet in that way who knows what I would have weighed!
