The same green and pink striped HA backpack we got last year at the outlet for daycare. Then she has a toddler backpack from Amazon we keep the essentials in.

We bought one from Lands End. They had a 40% off sale (which I believe is still going on). I've heard the quality is wonderful and they have a good warranty/customer service.
We also bought a matching lunch bag.

She's starting off with a small Paw Patrol backpack with ultra soft 3D Skye ears. Had to mention that bc otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the bag. I think that may have been from Target. Then she has a personalized navy Pottery Barn backpack with hearts because I've always wanted one. LOL! I think that can last into 1st grade.

DS will use the backpack he's had for the last two years. It's from a French sporting goods store and it is the right size and still in good condition.

She also just picked out a rainbow lunch bag.

She has a Dora one from last year her aunt indulged her by buying, but is saying she doesn't like Dora anymore (she's 4, so fair enough if she thinks she is too old)....if she continues to say that, I'll let her pick something, probably either Target or Skip Hop. I love the PBK designs, but feel like the sizes are either too big or too small.

DD's school will provide a tote bag for her.
I got DS a small PBK transportation vehicles back pack. -
He's has a Cars backpack. It's he same one he used last year since its in perfect condition.

She wants this rainbow zebra backpack she saw in the Pottery Barn catalogue. I was thinking cheaper -- we just moved and the people who lived here before us received the catalogue and LO got her hands on it.

She has a butterfly PBK backpack that she's used all this year and will use again. I am going to let her pick out a lunch bag though now that she will be staying for lunch at school!

LO1 is starting kindergarten, and I got him a fjallraven backpack. I'm hoping it'll grow with him for a few years. LO2 is starting preschool, and he will use a construction vehicle backpack that he got for Christmas.
She also just picked out a rainbow lunch bag.
