I have had two PISA through insurance. The first one was awful that when I left my second one on a flight I bought a spectra S2 out of pocket and I love it. It's not 100% perfect, but if we're just talking milk output, it's so much better than the PISA IMO. I don't like the pump parts as much, and you really have to use the collection bottles it comes with (I could pump directly into Dr. brown with PISA) but I can deal with that. I highly recommend the spectra!

I had the option of Medela PISA or Spectra. Since I already had a Medela PISA from my last pregnancy I chose the Spectra this time. I think it's great. No complaints!

I got a PISA last time, and got another PISA delivered. I considered the Spectra, but since I already have everything Medela and it worked for me last time, I just decided to go for it again. My old one will just stay at home for when I have to pump and I'll bring the new one to work where I'll pump the most.

The freestyle was covered under my insurance.

Good to know: The OEM flages that come with the Hygeia don't fit standard narrow-neck bottles, but they do fit Mam, Thinkbaby and Lansinoh mOmma bottles. They also sell an adapter ring that you can use to pump directly into narrow-neck bottles.

I got a PISA. I have one from last time too which I bought on my own before insurance covered them. I liked it from last time so I thought it would be good to have a backup that's the same,

My old insurance only covered PISA. I haven't checked with new insurance because I'm. Not sure that I really need a second pump.

My insurance just sent me a pump, no choices. It was Ameda Purely Yours.
