I'm trying to decide what to pack in the hospital bag for LO. I'm assuming my hospital would provide diapers, wipes, blankets, etc.? I just figured I'd take a few outfits and a few blankets but not much else for LO.

Coming home outfit, blankets (ours didn't let you take their receiving blankets home), mittens, pacifiers (if you want), car seat, Boppy (well, I found it to be very helpful to have).

They provided diapers (no wipes, just paper towels and cotton balls), but we didn't use them because I'd brought my own cloth diapers.
They only gave us one receiving blanket (not to take home though), and that was pretty much it. They didn't provide any clothes, just gave her to me in a diaper and a blanket. I left her naked and just in a blanket though, because we were skin to skin almost the whole time.

Our hospital had diapers and crappy wipes, so lots of people bring their own wipes. I just used their clothes and blankets, I only brought a coming home outfit.

They had diapers and wipes. They put her in a T-shirt with mittens and 2 blankets. They also provided a soothe paci and formula/bottle.
I took a few outfits and 1 A&A blanket.

Our hospital and diapers, dry wipes, blankets and post partum pads, etc. they didn't have any big baby diapers and we had quite a few leaks in the first day so DH brought size one and wet wipes from home.

Our hospital provided diapers, those cloth like wipes you have to wet yourself, and as many kimono shirts and receiving blankets/swaddles that we wanted. Also a bowl for sponge bathing and baby shampoo but we used our own.

Our hospitals in the UK don't even provide formula, unless the mother intends to EBF and, for some reason, it doesn't work. They will then provide some emergency formula until someone can bring some in for you. If you are intending to formula feed, they wont provide any! You have to take your own nappies, wipes, clothes, blankets, dummies (pacis) the works!

They provided diapers and wipes, blankets, t-shirt for baby, and would have given formula, pacis, pump parts and a manual pump if asked.

They provided pretty much everything she needed. I brought a few outfits and blankies though.

Our hospital provided diapers, blankets, and t-shirts for baby. They also had pacifiers, but only if you asked for them. We ended up having to rent a pump while at the hospital since LO would not latch, and they provided all of the pump parts, including bottles. They had wipes, but they were water-activated wipes which weren't that great, so we brought our own wipes.
If you intend to formula feed, I would recommend bringing your own. We ended up having to supplement a little, and only got a few formula samples under a prescription from LO's MD. The nurses are very reluctant to give out formula.

Our hospital provided us a box and a half of huggies diapers and a couple containers of the pampers sensitive wipes. They also gave us a blanket because I forgot to bring one in. We also got formula, hats, etc. LO was in Special Care for a week so her basinet was stocked up and the nurse said to take it all!

Our hospital gave us so much stuff. At one point, I had to tell my husband to leave some stuff behind bc we didn't have any room. For LO: shirts(like 10), mittens, socks, hat, pampers swaddlers diapers and wipes, extra formula, pacifier, blankets,
for me: pump parts, bottles, nipple shields, lanolin, pp pads, tissues, bottle cleaner, basin, little pads to put under diaper changes, water bottle, and even a hospital duffle bag.
I regret not bringing the extras pillows tho

They only provided a couple of diapers, no wipes, a kimono for baby, a knitted hat, receiving blankets and that's about it for baby.
Everything else I had to bring myself. Formula if I wanted it, yes I took it.
As for me, peri bottle, pp pads, mesh underwear (those were great, i LOVED those) and a nightgown for your hospital stay.
