Banana and toast, chicken noodle soup and yogurt, and right now she's out with my mom eating spaghetti.

Oatmeal with strawberries for breakfast, sweet potato and banana for lunch, and some carrots and lentil for dinner with nectarine for dessert. And breastmilk!

Gluten free bread, bits of banana, plums, grapes, low sodium chicken hot dog, soy pineapple and passion fruit yogurt, baby corn puffs, gluten free corn wafer, rice, seaweed, roasted carrots and potato, formula, and diluted baby apple juice.

For breakfast she had cream of wheat with raspberries
Snack, she had a WHOLE PACKAGE of freeze-dried apples
Lunch, she had organic mac and cheese with ground turkey, a greek yogurt, and cooked broccoli.
For dinner she will be having brown rice and garlic chicken breast and some more apple slices.
Oh, and lots and lots of breastmilk.

@Rainbow Sprinkles: kind of feel stupid asking this but how does she eat the freeze-dried apples? Do you cut them up? Aren't they hard to chew?

@mediagirl: no they are super super easy to chew. They have the consistency of foam or something like That. They melt in her mouth like puffs.

A flat omelet, a banana, cubed chicken, cheese cubes and a bit of mango. And breast milk.

For breakfast she had yogurt mixed with homemade applesauce. Lunch was rotisserie chicken with green beans and pears. Afternoon snack of yogurt w applesauce and bananas. Dinner was a pork stir fry w broccoli, edamame & green beans and red Anjou pears for dessert! And also nursing and three bottles.

He's 9.5 months old and these were his menus for the day...
Bfast - 1 waffle, 3 strawberries, 6 blueberries, 5 raspberries and a handful of Cheerios
Lunch - Some turkey, cheddar cheese, bread, cheerios, and a baby cookie
Dinner - About 1/3 of my plate...which was a chicken/broccoli casserole.
And in between all of these was bmilk. Wowee....he amazes me with how much, and all the things that he eats!

@regberadaisy: yeah. She doesn't eat much for dinner, though. They are normal size silicone cups.

breakfast: wholewheat banana and blueberry pancake
lunch: bananas and blueberries (we were on the road and this was easiest)
dinner: leftover salmon patties and sweet potatoes.
plus formula.
