My new baby has been gassy. The lactation consultant said no need for me to change my diet, but the pediatrician said for me to try dairy free. I hate milk, so I thought no problem. But I can think of so many things made with milk. So now wondering what the scope of "dairy free" includes! Split pea soup made with cream seems obvious. Yogurts and chai tea lattes, too. But what about chocolate? Or rainbow sherbert? Anything else?
