I ask because I've never really noticed before, and I should be ovulating today. Lots of CM that last couple of days, and my 26-27 day cycle places it this week.
I've read it feels like pinching maybe? If you've been aware of it, what did it feel like to you?

I get bloated and have period like cramps for a day, maybe two. The first day of the cramps I get a positive OPk. Like clockwork I get my period 13 days later. It's seriously worse than my period cramps sometimes, but I don't think my experience is common.

For me it hurts like hell, I get bloated, have cramps, and I get bad mittelschmerz, so I can usually tell which ovary the egg is being released from. Sucks but was helpful for TTC.

I don't feel anything. Even when I was tempting and tracking my cycles, the only thing I noticed was the movement in my temperature and maybe a little bit extra CM.

Horrible painful cramps and joint and leg pains for me. It's only gotten worse with each subsequent child.

It's all about the bloat for me, plus increased CM. For a couple of days I feel heavy and gross, and then it passes... until AF shows up. So much fun!

I've never, ever noticed even with OPKs telling me when it should be.

Never ever have felt it. I've just always assumed it's sometime mid cycle.

I feel it just about every month, it's usually a sharp pain on one side followed by aching for several hours. I often feel nauseous. I've noticed it's usually more painful on my right side than on my left.

I felt it on my left side during my last two conception cycles--light twingey-feeling cramps that were very noticeable but not truly painful. But I miscarried both times, and because of the associated scans, I know that I actually ovulated from the RIGHT side, not left. It really made me question how I was so certain of what was going on with my body
