E pretty much refuses to eat real food so her main intake of calories is formula. She turns one in a couple of weeks. Just wondering what everyone else's kid eats in a day:)

She's nearly one... and we do four 6 oz bottles of formula and 3 meals. We usually have scrambled eggs or yogurt with a pouch for breakfast or sometimes Kodiak cakes pancakes. Lunch is usually dinner leftovers. Roaster chicken with mashed potato and veggie mixture. She doesn't like veggies by themselves so I have to mash them and mix it with potato, lol. Then dinner is similar. Whatever we are eating. Pasta, taco stuff, guacamole, shredded cheese, pot roast. She usually eats more for dinner than at breakfast/lunch.

J will be 12 months in a couple of weeks - here's a typical day (I'll do a daycare day, 'cause he usually eats more on those days - at home he sleeps longer for his naps and doesn't usually have the snacks):
Wakeup: Nurse
Breakfast: piece of toast or frozen waffle with peanut butter, 1 scrambled egg, and a few cheese crumbles, with a glass of water
AM Snack: fruit (ex: 1 small orange, half an apple, handful of blueberries, etc.)
Lunch: Usually gets 1 protein (chicken, ground turkey, etc), 1 serving of veggies, 1 serving of fruit, and 1 grain or dairy (tortellini, cheese crumbles, tortilla, etc.)
PM snack: Usually puffs or some sort of "toddler snack" food
Before dinner he has a 4 oz bottle of formula (switching to WCM this week, though)
Dinner is whatever we're eating (tonight he had the filling for our lettuce wraps, 1 pork dumpling, some blackberries, and some cauliflower & butternut squash)
And he nurses 1 more time before bed

DS is a big fan of pouches. Breakfast is 1-2 fruit and yogurt or fruit and grain pouches, Lunch and Dinner are 1-2 fruit and veggies pouches. Dinner he will have a sampling of what we are eating if it's appropriate. Those are all served with water, and he usually eats some puffs after the pouches. Before naps and at bed (so 3x) he nurses or gets a 3 oz bottle (breastmilk) and still wakes up 1-2 x's a night to nurse (although not long, I think it's more of a comfort nursing). We need to wean because my milk supply is quickly dropping and I am scared and sad
