Y'alls daycare sure do have pretty laid out menus for you!
I only know what DS ate at school because they write down what he ate that day. It various day to day, but breakfast is usually some kind of startch (pancakes, waffles, french toast) and lunch is a protein, veggie, and rice. Snacks are fruits or sometimes a slice of raisin bread.
