DS is 4 days old and naps excellent during the day, but at night we can't seem to get a system going where he actually goes down in his bassinet for longer than 10 minutes 😫 Ideally we'd like to do: feed, diaper change, put back in swaddler, feed other side, hold/rock/bounce for 10-15 mins (assuming he's fallen asleep during the feed) and put him back down in the bassinet. However, we're stuck in a cycle where something wakes him up (diaper change, putting on the swaddler) and the only way he'll go back down is by nursing which usually necessitates another diaper change and it all starts over again.

Needless to say we're exhausted and need some ideas (or sympathy lol). He won't let DH hold him MOTN unless he's totally passed out, so it's usually just me and DS on our own. I don't remember getting stuck like this in the early days with DD and I know newborn territory is basically "anything goes" but I'm having a hard time figuring out something that works and can give me a glimmer of hope.
