I'm not charting or temping or using an OPK. I'm fairly certain I O'ed less than a week ago (around 4 days). I'm spotting.

It's not a light spotting. It's a solid brown discharge. Sometimes I spot before my period, but I'm not sure for AF for another 9 days. I think it might be too heavy for IB.

Is this "ovulation spotting"? I've never had that before. =/
I'm cramping a bit and moody. I feels like a typical 2 days before AF.
