    LO's age: 17 months
    Work Status: WOH
Tonight's Dinner: (yesterday) mushroom-spinach-mozzarella-salami calzone, broccoli, egg fried rice, strawberries & blueberries
Comments: Mishmash leftovers. The calzone was easy to make with pre-made pizza dough! Great way to sneak in veggies, too.

@autumnlove: How do you get her to eat raw greens? Mine will not touch salad greens!

Tuesday night my 17 month old had chicken parm with spaghetti and homemade spinach garlic bread.
Last night she had pan seared salmon with spinach/asiago risotto.
Tonight we had a pork stir fry with tons of veggies over jasmine rice.
Tomorrow night she will be having DH's homemade chicken soup with turkey meatballs and spinach!

Tonight we all had Korean braised short rib with radishes, carrots, and potatoes. Yesterday we had Japanese takeout and the kids had chicken teriyaki. Meal planning didn't go so well this week, guess I'll try again next week..

@locavore_mama: haha, not this time. Short ribs were from Sam's club and I used this recipe: http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/galbijjim I used the slow cooker for the braising portion. Turned out pretty good!

Tonight my LO had gold fish and cheerios not a lot of motivation to make delicious meals when she wont touch them. Her mac and cheese, chicken, and veggies were thrown onto the floor in a fit of rage!

My girl has been picky lately and dinner is hit or miss. She ate all of her dinner tonight which was basmati rice with corn and mushrooms sauteed in sesame oil with a little chicken sausage. Last night was bowtie pasta w/ sausage and peppers and the night before that was black bean tacos.

@hilsy85: I love weelicious! If you haven't tried them yet, my LO (12 months) is obsessed with the spinach ricotta bites. http://weelicious.com/2010/07/29/spinach-ricotta-bites/

@SeptMomma12: I love Weelicious, too. I've been trying recipes from the site. I haven't gotten the cookbook, but I found this recipe for broccoli potato nuggets and the entire family loved them!
