Currently my nanny, but J will probably be starting FT daycare this fall! I'm excited - I think he will totally love it and he will be 2.5 - a great age to start!

@shellio: Same here! They seem to be very far & few inbetween. I was beginning to think I was the only here & am glad to see I'm not

It's complicated! I'm a full time student, and occasionally pick up shifts with the family I used to nanny for (1-4 times a month). When I work, LO comes with me. During the school week my mom watches her during one class and we hired a nanny friend who comes mornings twice a week. Other than that I stay home with her.

I selected two options because DD goes to daycare, but DS is being watched by my MIL. In June, they will both be in daycare!

@mediagirl: I do! I teach online college classes and tutor- since most of my students are working adults, my after bedtime hours work out perfectly for all of us and I can spend my days with the boys.
I WAH most nights and WOH one day a week on my husband's weekday off so he takes the boys. If I need an hour or two during the week to get things done, I use the YMCA so he can play with other kids.

I go to class 2 nights a week and my MIL watches my son at her house.
I also send him to daycare 2-3 days/w (6-9h total) so I can study & get homework during that time and mostly just for his socialability sake.
