No one knows our city by name, but they've all heard/seen a movie with a scene from a hotel/restaurant in town. Another tidbit no one knows is the scene represented in miniature of Sweden in Legoland is our town.

Ummmm, our town is small (<200 people) but a neighboring city is "famous" for skiing and the nation's 3rd longest river (or something like that).

The actual smaller town we live in is known for being founded by a veterinarian who raised ostriches. Hence this week is our annual ostrich festival. Strange birds.
