Looking for some inspiration as we eat a lot of the same foods all the time. Since bottle weaning I've had trouble getting him to take in the required 16-24 ounces of dairy, he takes sips of milk with his meals. So far today LO has had:
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with milk, a banana, milk
Snack: Yogurt pouch, Cheerios, milk
Lunch: Roasted veggies (butternut squash, sweet potato, zucchini and mushrooms), baked meatballs, milk
Snack: Apple, string cheese, milk
Dinner: he'll have the same roasted vegetables and whatever meat I am having for dinner.
What's your baby munching on?
I have to cut her off because I know she will get a stomach ache if I don't. SHe doesn't refuse much so we are lucky. I do have to give her potatoes last if we are having them or that's all she will eat.
