The square lock and lock bento box I've been using for Charlie has too many parts (4 removable compartments and then the outer container + lid). Add in his afternoon snack, water bottle, Olive's lunchbox and thermos.... and it is a lot of dishes each day! So I want to switch to a new bento box with less parts.
I actually really like this Sassy Lunchbox. Cheap and versatile!
It would fit perfectly inside the bottom of his new dual compartment lunchbox with an ice pack:
And in the top compartment I would put a thermos for his hot food and a water bottle.
But I'm thinking maybe I should get a stainless steel container instead of plastic?
I've tried a lot of bento boxes, but the big ones I'd been using for daycare are kinda bulky for elementary school since Charlie has to carry them and don't fit almost all lunch bags.
What lunch box do you use? Do you love it?
