Comfy clothes. I wore a sleeping bra, t-shirt and yoga pants.

@BabyBoecksMom: I pretty much wore the exact same thing.
I had brought a dress when I thought I'd want to wear it but a t-shirt and yoga pants was amazingly comfortable.

Yoga pants, comfy top. You do NOT need a cute dress, or a new outfit. No one cares what you look like, much less you, because you will be sleep deprived and overwhelmed by the fact that they are letting you take home a tiny infant.

@Pink Champagne: This is very true. I was just glad I had gotten a shower in before leaving the hospital (I actually had two).
Looking back, I've known some people who wore jeans home from the hospital and I don't know how they were comfortable!

Whatever you are most comfortable in - you'll probably snap a picture, but no one will look at you in it I wore black PJ pants, a nursing tank and some kind of cozy cardigan I think.

I wore maternity yoga pants, a nursing tank and flip flops, but my LO was born in August. Something comfy and not too restricting.

I'm planning on yoga pants, nursing bra under nursing tank and sweatshirt. Definitely nothing glamorous or tight.

I wore maternity jeans and a maternity t shirt. Honestly, you'll have such a mega pad on you won't feel the material on your crotch at all. After sitting in a bed, except to pee and shower, for 36 hours I felt human with a 'normal' outfit. I changed when I got home!

I packed a knee length jersey knit maternity dress and it was fine. I gave birth in early September in Georgia and the temperature had been close to 100 degrees! If it had been cold, I would have gone with yoga pants.

@coacheswife123: I had a nursing tank and velour track suit. Make sure whatever you have it's big! I puffed u huge from the Ob and was still using an ice pack on my crotch so the ants could've definitely been looser.

Yoga pants, flip flops or slip on shoes (you will not want to bend over), and a loose fitting shirt.

I wore the same thing I came to the hospital in because my other clothes I brought were too small. (Shorts from vs and a cotton shirt)

I wore yoga pants, flip flops, a soft bra and a t-shirt!

I think I wore the same clothes that I went to the hospital in. Maternity leggings, maternity long sleeved shirt, and flip flops (it was the end of April). Anything comfy and roomy will do!

i wore a maternity tank top, yoga pants and a looser top over the tank top

I was induced both times so I wore the clothes I wore to the hopsital; comfy maternity pants and a nursing tank with hoodie.

I wore looser pants (my "happy" pants). I had yoga pants as well, but with the giant pads, I felt like I looked like I was wearing a diaper...which I basically was....and everyone could tell. Also something loose/stretchy up top because most people still look pretty pregnant when they leave the hospital. I wore a nursing tank under a looser sweatshirt.

Both times I think I wore the same thing I came to the hospital in! Comfy maternity lounge clothes.

@Tidybee: that is exactly why i wore jeans! i felt like everyone could see my giant pad lol

I wore loose yoga pants, one of DH's t shirts, and a fleece. Comfort was key! I was more swollen when I left than when I came in due to the IV fluids so I definitely didn't want anything constricting.

Something loose and comfortable that you don't mind getting blood on. I wore yoga pants and a nursing top.

I wore a night gown. It looked like a cotton dress though. I was going to change into yoga pants before we left but was too lazy. It really doesn't matter. As long as you'recomfortable.
