I have read about a few things men can take to improve their sperm count and morphology including zinc and clomid. Are there any other supplements?

I swear by GNC's Fertility Blend for men. His morphology went from 1% to "normal" in three months!

@AmeliaBedilia: has your SO had a SA? If normal, I'd suggest him taking multi vitamin and cutting out caffeine. If he's not wearing boxers, I'd suggest that. And also make sure he doesn't put his computer on his lap.

I give DH royal jelly and maca powder in his smoothies each day. Also, he takes a multi vitamin.
@Mrs Green Grass: I've been thinking about CoQ10 as well! Do you take it, too?

@AmeliaBedilia: you should check out the books Making Babies and Fertility, your cycles and nutrition. If your library has them they are great. Full of suggestions of supplements for men and women.

@MrsMcD: no he had me on 4mg frolic acid and 1 baby aspirin. I didn't take anything else. Oh and l-carnitine was the other one for him! Just remembered.

Mr. P did all of these supplements (not the herbs. We didn't do those) with mostly good results. His count more than quadrupled, and his motility more than doubled. Unfortunately we've never found anything that would help with morphology. It seems to be quite stubborn.

We didn't end up needing it, but before DH's SA, my acupuncturist recommended if he needed it he could take Pycnogenol, which is a pine bark extract.
ETA: here's the link she sent me: http://www.professionalsupplementcenter.com/PureEncapsulationsPycnogenol100mg.htm?
