My LO *hates* chocolate with a passion. The hell? Oh well, more for me

She will eat any type of bean (black, pinto, kidney, whatever) and if we have chili or something else with beans in it, she will just pick those out and eat them alone. It's weird to me because I tolerate beans but don't really like them unless they are in something.

Surprising dislike is corn. She hates corn. I thought everyone liked corn.

She loves pretty much all fruits and vegetables - cherry tomatoes, avocado, peppers, cranberries... Absolutely hates French fries and other fried foods (though she does like McD's chicken mc nuggets)

She doesn't seem keen on cake (frosting, yes, cake no) amd spaghetti

Loves eggs (especially fried). Slurps the leftover yolk off the plate. It grosses me out.

She loves cake, chips, sliced turkey, grapes, and most fruits. But she won't touch a vegetable unless it's a french fry or corn on the cob (it must be on the cob, she won't eat it any other way).

DS loves carrots - raw, cooked, whatever. Once he ate an entire raw carrot in one sitting. Not a baby carrot, the full-sized kind

He used to hate chocolate... I think it was because it would melt all over him. He's figured out he just needs to eat faster, but still isn't a big fan.

My son is 2 and doesn't like cake! What kid doesn't like cake?! Lol. He has had some a couple times at birthday parties but he doesn't care for the frosting at all. Ditto with icecream.

Some things he does like that surprise me: salsa & anything spicy, lemons. And if you ask him what his favorite food is, he says pickles lol. Guess he's just not a sweets person.

Oh! He also doesn't like spaghetti or Mac and cheese!

My two will only eat potatoes in fry form. What kid doesn't like mashed potatoes? They will also both eat broccoli, which makes me happy.

My LO loooooooves asparagus. So bizarre. It's by far her fav veggie.

She isn't really big on bread usually. Which I think is weird because who doesn't love bread?!

My child is obsessed with Lima Beans. She screamed "OOOHHHH I LUB LIMA BEANS" in a restaurant this weekend. Weirdo.

D doesn't like M&Ms

@NurseDMB: my brother hates all cheese too. You are both weirdos.

Mine doesn't like regular potatoes either- mashed, roasted, baked (though she likes cheesy scalloped potatoes). But she likes sweet potatoes and most other root vegetables. I think regular potatoes just don't have as much flavor? I don't know- I love mashed potatoes!

LO 2 doesn't like bread but loves veggies.

LO loves green smoothies, even pretty savory ones with Tumeric, pepper and ginger, but won't eat white potatoes, pizza, or Mac n cheese. I even tried to hide Mac n cheese inside mashed sweet potato and he spat it out!

He really loves beans. Like...he'd eat an entire can, straight from the can!

Likes: green juice and smoothies, cottage cheese
Dislikes: mashed potatoes

My son isn't keen on cheese but likes mac n cheese from the box. He loves tiny soft meatballs I make (rolled into little tiny balls, pan fried then simmered in broth to make soft and juicy), but if I get lazy and they are just chunks of meat I threw into a pan he's like what is this abomination before God. The weirdest thing is he loves plain sticky rice. If he won't eat anything he will sit and eat a bowl of plain rice. But could not care less for my silver dollar pancakes with maple syrup. He also loves Korean seaweed soup and all sorts of rice porridges my mom makes him with things like clams and shrimp in them. Isn't huge on breads but likes crunchy things like chips, crackers, puffs, etc. He's pretty happy if we go to a Mexican restaurant - rice, beans, chips, soft shredded meat, etc.

Both kids will eat black beans and chick peas as a snack, straight out of the bowl. You'd think we were torturing them when we put mashed potatoes on their plates!
