Our son gets out of school at 2:50 pm! We put him in afterschool (which has pickup between 5 and 6), but once or twice a week we'll pick him up right after school.
What time does school get out?

DD starts K in a few months and she will get out at 2 pm!

K is only half day so he gets out at 11:10 am
In the fall for 1st grade he will get out at 3:15

My school lets out at 2:45. The school where my sister teaches (and the one where my kids will eventually go) dismisses at 3:30 because they start later.

My daughter is starting K in the fall and her school gets out at 4:05pm.

DS isn't old enough for grade school yet, but I think they get out before 3. That's so early!!!

Our district only does half day kindergartens, so they would get out at 11:30 am.

My first grader's school end time is officially 3:15 but they release the kids in staggered fashion starting at 3:05.

@birdofafeather: school doesn't start until 9:20a though....we are definitely more concerned about before school care since my husband and I both work.

3:45 where I work, but they start at 9. They have before care 7-9, and after from 3:45-6. Full-day kindergarten, but a few parents choose to only have their kids there for a half day.
