We found an in home daycare that we love so my DD is attending that one. My son is in a center-based preschool.

DS goes to a family daycare. The woman who takes care of him watches him in her home along with one other boy. So far it's working out great! I love that he spends the day in a home and gets so much affectionate, individual attention.

@Dr. Pepper: awesome!!
We just started our LO at an in home daycare. We moved to a new city 3 months ago. Before that she was in an amazing center that we LOVED. There are no centers that are remotely good around here. I really, really like her new in home daycare though. They take 10 kids total and they converted their finished basement into their daycare. They have a separate room down there for naps and a huge play area. My LO seems to like it (except at drop off, when she doesn't want me to leave

DS is 5 1/2 months - Center based day care (across the street from my office!) 2x/wk & with my mom (@ our home) 3x/wk. the hubs and I have the option to work from home during the week so we are usually home w DS & my mom on Fridays
When our little guy gets more mobile, around 1 year, we'll put him in his daycare (which he started yesterday and we LOVE) full time.

She's at an in home daycare, and she cries when we leave. She loves it there and I'm so comfortable with our sitter, she is like family!

We have a private sitter. She originally was going to do in-home daycare but has decided she likes the dynamics of just having my two LO. Because she has a school aged daughter, she watches my kids in her home but they love going there. She is like part of our family and the kids part of hers.
